The craft of a Wok Master

Our master chefs consistently cook in small batches over an open flame to achieve "Wok Hei," the pinnacle of aroma, smoke and flavour.

Ingredients

We use fresh wholesome ingredients in every dish. Our commitment to fresh meats and vegetables are expertly prepared by our chefs into precise cuts for ideal wok cooking and added for a satisfying bite. We ensure that each mouthful to be healthy and as flavourful as possible.


We do not use MSG in our foods and believe in using our homemade broth and fresh ingredients to enhance the flavour of our dishes.




Authenticity

Our specialities are our homemade Roast Duck, Roast Belly of Pork and Char Sui, which we roast in house to give a fresh flavourful eating experience.
